About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled International Pharmaceutical Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Multiplier AI. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our founders to build and develop our international pharmaceutical business.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via various platforms to generate leads.
  • Qualify prospects through initial phone calls and gather information to understand their needs.
  • Schedule and conduct product demos, showcasing the value of our solutions and answering any initial questions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead qualification, and demo activities in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects post-demo to nurture relationships and drive the sales process forward.
  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in presales, cold calling, or lead generation (preferably B2B sales).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and outreach.
  • Ability to understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with conducting product demos via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Experience in Doctor profiling is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
