We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Corporate Secretary to join our dynamic team at AKM Global. This role requires strong written and oral communication skills, with a proven track record in corporate secretarial, compliance, and administration.

About the Role

This position involves preparing and maintaining corporate records, minutes of meetings, and official documents. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to senior management, including organizing meetings and preparing agendas. Additionally, they will liaise with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Governance: Oversee and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain corporate records, minutes of meetings, and official documents.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including organizing meetings and preparing agendas.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess an ICSI certification, with LLB (corporate law) being an advantage. They should have prior experience working with clients and be familiar with Bermuda compliances. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this role.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required. The successful candidate will also need to work remotely from India, with occasional travel to Gurgaon office as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
