Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and mitigating technical issues, as well as communicating with senior-level technical and managerial roles both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident management ensuring all cases are effectively managed within SLA
  • Implementing a strong work and customer ethic to mitigate escalations
  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and evolving the ethos of technical support
  • Understanding new and existing technologies to ensure development opportunities
  • Troubleshooting & resolving technical problems reported by our customers

Requirements

  • Current and strong experience in Microsoft Server Technologies and consumer authentication
  • Excellent Windows Server and Linux skills (Preferably RedHat, CentOS or Ubuntu)
  • Database Experience: SQL Server, SQL Queries, Oracle
  • Development skills in at least one of the following Java, Python, C, Perl, JavaScript, Node.js

Benefits

A hybrid work schedule is available, with 3 days in office and 2 days from remote home office. Mon - Fri, GMT and NAM Coverage (Weekly Shift Rotation). Hours may vary dependent on coverage required.
