Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and mitigating technical issues, as well as communicating with senior-level technical and managerial roles both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
- Incident management ensuring all cases are effectively managed within SLA
- Implementing a strong work and customer ethic to mitigate escalations
- Delivering exceptional service to customers and evolving the ethos of technical support
- Understanding new and existing technologies to ensure development opportunities
- Troubleshooting & resolving technical problems reported by our customers
Requirements
- Current and strong experience in Microsoft Server Technologies and consumer authentication
- Excellent Windows Server and Linux skills (Preferably RedHat, CentOS or Ubuntu)
- Database Experience: SQL Server, SQL Queries, Oracle
- Development skills in at least one of the following Java, Python, C, Perl, JavaScript, Node.js
Benefits
A hybrid work schedule is available, with 3 days in office and 2 days from remote home office. Mon - Fri, GMT and NAM Coverage (Weekly Shift Rotation). Hours may vary dependent on coverage required.
