Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Management professional to lead our team in implementing ITIL-based processes. This exciting opportunity will enable the successful candidate to oversee service management KPIs, ensure quality of delivered services, and drive innovation within our organization.

About the Role

  • Oversee the design and implementation of ITSM processes based on the ITIL framework.
  • Review and analyze service management performance data to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for IT service management.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 9 years of overall work experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Service Manager, with hands-on experience in ITIL-based process design and implementation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with ITIL process frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
