Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Team Lead with extensive experience in data center networking and Software Defined Networking (SDN) specifically in private cloud & virtualization domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining Cloud Network Infrastructure, including physical and SDN network frameworks.
  • Ensuring high availability, flexibility, and network performance while meeting SLAs.
  • Maintaining and updating infrastructure documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborating with clients and team members on day-to-day activities, changes, incidents, and requests.
  • Oversight of a team of Network Engineers, providing technical guidance and support where required. Evaluating team member performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify risks, business impact, and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and delivering technical presentations or proposals related to cloud network infrastructure.
  • Managing and/or delivering technical validation activities, including Proof of Concept.

Requirements:

  • This is an in-depth technical role requiring 80% technical expertise and 20% managerial capabilities.
  • Proven experience and ability to provide hands-on technical guidance, with a focus on business SLA compliance and goals.
  • Evaluation criteria include:
    • At least 6-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining DataCenter networks, L2/L3 technologies, Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and wireless.
    • Strong fundamentals and understanding of WAN & Routing technologies, Security technologies, Switching technologies, Network monitoring protocols and tools, SDN technologies, and Advanced troubleshooting skills.
