Job Description

">
  • Design, implement, and maintain Cloud Network Infrastructure including physical and SDN network framework.
  • Evaluate key performance metrics and trends to assess risks and provide recommendations.
  • Manage infrastructure documentation and collaborate with the team on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests.
  • Oversee a team of Network Engineers, providing technical expertise and guidance where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining DataCenter networks, L2/L3 technologies, Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and wireless, Cisco/Juniper/Fortigate firewalls, Load balancer, etc.
  • Strong fundamentals and understanding of WAN & Routing technologies (Leased lines, GRE VPNs, IPSEC based VPNs, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VRRP/HSRP, EVPN), Security technologies (Firewalls, ACLs, NAT, IPS, IDS, RADIUS, TACACS+, IAS, VPN technologies), Switching (VLANs, VXLAN LACP, EtherChannel, 802.3ad, VTP, 802.1q), and Network monitoring Protocols & Tools (SNMP, NetFlow, Zabbix, PRTG).
  • Familiarity with QoS, including basic QoS commands and implementations, and Good Knowledge of SDN Technologies, preferably hands-on experience on any one of the SDN providers – VMWare NSX, Juniper Contrail/Tungsten, Arista, Cisco.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly narrow down and resolve problems.
