Offshore Connectivity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Offshore Connectivity Specialist to drive seamless network connectivity and efficient VDI access for our offshore teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure robust network connectivity, streamlined VDI access, and exceptional end-user support for our offshore teams.

  • Provide expert technical support, with a focus on troubleshooting and innovation, to ensure high-performance network operations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support, with a strong background in Mac and Windows operating systems.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in managing JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments, as well as deep understanding of VDI platforms, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

  • Proficient in resolving Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune), with a solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols.

  • Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN.

  • Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

  • Candidates should be based in Tier-1 cities in India, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in both Mac and Windows environments, with experience in JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools.

  • Knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure, with the ability to optimize its performance.

Working Conditions:

This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be onboarded before a specific deadline. Unfortunately, candidates with a notice period of 2-3 months will not be considered.
