Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely filings and compliance including AOC-4, MGT-7A, Form 8, Form 11, and DPT-03.
  • Handle matters related to share capital alterations, corporate restructuring, and other statutory filings.
  • Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-1A, GSTR-3B), annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C), and manage CMP-08 returns and GST refund processing.
  • Compute and manage advance tax, TDS deductions, and ITR filings, handle MAT calculations, tax refund processes, and deferred tax analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to FEMA regulations for applicable clients, manage foreign remittance reporting, FIRC/FCGPR filings, and coordinate with AD banks.
  • Oversight compliance with UAE VAT laws and ESR (Economic Substance Regulations), ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) requirements, and assist clients with registration and reporting obligations under the UAE Corporate Tax regime.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with RBI regulations for foreign investments, external commercial borrowings (ECBs), and ODI/FDI filings, prepare and submit relevant forms such as FC-GPR, FC-TRS, and APR, and liaise with AD Category-I banks for RBI-related reporting and approvals.
  • Maintaining day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting systems, preparing financial statements, trial balances, and MIS reports are also essential responsibilities of this role.
