**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated compliance specialist with 2–3 years of experience in accounting or secretarial firms to provide day-to-day compliance support, including preparation and filing of statutory forms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carry out secretarial compliance tasks, such as preparing and filing statutory forms, vouchers, reconciliations, and book-keeping support.
  • Assist in accounting-related activities and support statutory compliances like GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Help maintain company records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Assist in drafting resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Support in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and routine compliance reporting.
  • Ensure timely compliance for clients.
  • Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
