We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Specialist with expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency. This key role will be responsible for driving business excellence by identifying performance gaps, streamlining operations, and enabling sustainable growth.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in process development, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies. They will lead the design, development, and optimization of business processes to drive efficiency, quality, and performance. Key responsibilities include analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvement strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, implement best practices, and ensure process compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs, flowcharts, and knowledge repositories.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build a culture of process excellence across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Business Excellence, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence roles.
  • Proven experience in process development, reengineering, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, Excel).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
