Senior Facilities Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish delivery strategies and develop annual goals to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders while overseeing both operational and capital budgets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience through various IFM function touchpoints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Business Management.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate environments with proven business leadership ability.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving abilities using objective approaches.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing large diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing business P&L responsibilities.
  • Background in facilities management or related service delivery operations.
  • Knowledge of real estate management principles and practices.
