Production Operations Manager Job Description

As a Production Operations Manager at our company, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day production activities. This includes guiding and coaching employees, monitoring their productivity, and ensuring equipment safety and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong understanding of quality control processes and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for execution and review of documentations, ensuring product quality by maintaining cGMP standards, and coordinating training programs through LMS systems.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee execution of day-to-day production activities
  • Guide and coach employees, monitor their productivity, and ensure equipment safety and maintenance
  • Execute and review documentations
  • Ensure product quality by maintaining cGMP standards
  • Coordinate training programs through LMS systems
  • Identify and solve challenges in manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote a cooperative and inclusive work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Regular maintenance of Reactors, Pusher Centrifuges, Decanter, Water Ring vacuum pumps, and centrifugal pumps
  • Breakdown and preventive maintenance of fire hydrant pumps, ZLD ETP equipment, CDRO and PTRO system, MEE system, FFE and FCE, ATFDs, Blowers, and Scrubber system
  • Knowledge in SAP system
  • Knowledge in Why-Why and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge in Civil and fabrication modification activities

  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in manufacturing processes
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and promoting a cooperative and inclusive work environment
  • Efficient time management to meet production schedules and deadlines without compromising quality
