Job Title: Organizational Excellence Leader

About the Role:

This role ensures smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance, training, and engagement while overseeing day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Responsibilities:
    1. Ensure seamless onboarding, talent development, and succession planning processes.
    2. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
    3. Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and time-off coordination.
    4. Manage performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations in accordance with company policies.
    5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.

Office Administration Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for senior leaders and teams.
  2. Provide administrative support for special projects, events, and business operations.
  3. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting HR and admin functions.

Requirements:
