Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining uncompromising standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning as per established protocols.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between management, client administration, and food vendors.
  • Monitor food preparation, service timelines, portion control, and presentation to maintain superior quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to rigorous hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Handle user escalations, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate inventory logs, daily sales reports, and reconcile POS data with backend systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and share site performance updates with the central team.
  • Manage vendor staff attendance and discipline effectively.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for app issues, device support, and updates.
  • Support events, menu changes, and promotions on-site efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cafeteria, hospitality, or food service operations.
  • Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred (not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with POS machines and basic technical applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene norms.
