About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Leader to spearhead our sales efforts in the Indian market. As a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and strategies, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan that meets or exceeds revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical acumen, business development expertise, and outstanding communication skills to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in India.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including CISOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers, to promote our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify client needs, assess competitor activities, and align our solutions with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Solution Positioning: Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions, demonstrating strong technical acumen to articulate complex solutions effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
  • Industry Representation: Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our cybersecurity solutions and generate leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in cybersecurity sales or IT solution sales within India.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical acumen with in-depth understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including NGFWs, SIEM, cloud security (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), identity and access management (e.g., Okta, SailPoint), endpoint protection (e.g., CrowdStrike, Defender), and emerging technologies like AI-driven threat detection, SASE, and zero trust frameworks.
