About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleTech Consultant to join our team at PUMA. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global HR projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our Workday system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HRIS Teamhead to deliver Workday-related projects and global HR initiatives.
  • Provide timely resolution to daily issues raised by countries and develop self-service solutions for users.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Workday, suggesting ideas and recommendations for system improvements.
  • Support bi-yearly Workday releases with business users.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including test documentation and post-implementation support for various Workday projects and functionalities.
  • Maintain PUMA P&O data accuracy by processing mass uploads (EIB) and assisting Global HR.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, preferably 2 years.
  • Knowledge of Core HCM concepts, including business processes, organizations, security, reporting, and more.
  • Experience supporting various Workday modules, such as Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Reporting, and Recruitment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to transform complex requirements into simple flow chart diagrams.
  • Self-starter attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
  • Ability to design and configure requirements without external help.
  • Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
