PeopleTech Consultant

Key Objectives:

• Support the HRIS Teamhead in delivering Workday-related and global HR projects.
• Provide timely resolutions to daily issues raised by countries and develop self-service solutions for users, following our standard ticketing model.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Workday, formulating ideas and recommendations for system improvements.
• Collaborate with business users on bi-yearly Workday releases.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including test documentation and post-implementation support on various Workday projects and functionalities deployment.
• Maintain PUMA P&O data accuracy by processing mass uploads (EIB) and assisting Global HR.

Eligibility Criteria and Key Qualifications

• At least 2 years of consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, preferably 2 years.
• Knowledge of Core HCM concepts, including business processes, organizations, security, reporting, etc.
• Experience supporting various modules, such as Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Reporting, and Recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to transform complex requirements into simple flow chart diagrams.
• Self-starter attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
• Ability to design and configure requirements without external assistance.
• Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
