Marketing Data Analyst Job

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to enhance our marketing strategy. The role requires strong analytical skills to interpret market data, derive insights, and support informed decision-making for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels (digital campaigns, CRM, web analytics, etc.).
  • Build dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Develop predictive models and segmentation to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data-driven recommendations.
  • Maintain data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Stay updated on analytical tools, marketing technology, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills Needed:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing/consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights within deadlines.
