As a senior leader in our organization, the US Mortgage Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mortgage origination and correspondent services, with a strong track record of achieving KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities

The US Mortgage Manager is responsible for:

  • Directing day-to-day management of team members, including attendance, training, hiring, recruiting, and performance reviews.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations, including RESPA/TRID guidelines.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, and lenders.
  • Enhancing service levels for customers and ensuring quality control of residential mortgage loans.
  • Developing and implementing coaching and training programs for staff.
  • Monitoring and overseeing the loan production pipeline to ensure KPI targets are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A working knowledge of mortgage industry regulations, including TRID guidelines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good supervision, organization, and math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skills.
  • A minimum of 72-84 months of mortgage origination and correspondent experience in US home loan products.
