Project Coordinator in Banking Transformation

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to coordinate multiple projects across critical workstreams. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and meetings; manage calendars and logistics.
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and change logs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance.
  • Support UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment, with proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. They will also have the ability to produce high-quality documentation, trackers, and reports.

Requirements:
