HR Transformation Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Specialist to implement, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across key areas such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation or Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client requirements.
  • Work on comprehensive project lifecycles including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams and technical teams to deliver HR transformation solutions.
  • Handle system enhancements, upgrades and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Develop functional specifications for integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM/third-party systems.
  • Conduct workshops, training and provide user support.
  • Ensure compliance with HR processes, best practices and organizational policies.
  • Prepare documentation including configuration guides, process flows and end-user manuals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Transformation Specialist.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least 2-3 SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP HCM.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations (minimum 2 full life-cycle projects).
  • Knowledge of integration tools (Dell Boomi, CPI or other middleware).
  • Proficiency in creating reports and using tools like Ad Hoc Reports and ORD.
  • SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP HCM on-premise and hybrid integrations.
  • Knowledge of EC Payroll or Time Management.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
