Senior Human Resources Manager Job Overview

The role of Senior Human Resources Manager is ideal for an accomplished HR professional with proven expertise in managing HR operations within a manufacturing environment.

  • HR Operations Management:
  1. Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization within a manufacturing setup.
  2. Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  3. Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
  4. Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, maintain statutory records, oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across various levels.
  5. Guide the management and smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and statutory mandates.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
  • Skills: Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes; extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment; proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
