Closing Sales Specialist Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Closing Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  1. Facilitate sales target achievement and customer service management.
  2. Attend to walk-in customers, explain projects in detail, and address all customer queries.
  3. Successfully deal with customer negotiations and close deals.
  4. Convince customers about various features and assist in decision-making.
  5. Provide an enriching experience at sites, perform regular follow-ups, and handle incoming customer inquiry calls efficiently.
  6. Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts.

The successful Closing Sales Specialist will be responsible for striving to achieve sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay aware of the product in detail, sales script, other material, and sales targets prior to project launch.
  • Facilitate aggressive sales target achievement and customer service management.
  • Efficiently attend to walk-in customers, explain projects in detail, and address all customer queries.
  • Successfully deal with customer negotiations and close deals.
  • Convince customers about various features and assist in decision-making.
  • Provide an enriching experience at sites, perform regular follow-ups, and handle incoming customer inquiry calls efficiently.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and update required reports on a timely basis.
