We Are Hiring A Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator with fluency in English for an architectural design and testing company. We are the Largest Test Facility in Asia with 22 Test Rigs at the Murbad location and have a corporate office at the Thane location near Mumbai. The facility continues to offer its services to the Architectural Industry and is being regularly used by Global Consultants.

Experience:

03 To 05 Years As A Sales Coordinator.

Qualification:

BSc or Diploma In Engineering or Any Graduation.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1- Coordinate with the Managing Director for all the Sales/Marketing/ Designing & Testing work of the company.

2- Managing Prospects and clients' requirements given by the Marketing & Sales Team and getting that work done by the Designing and Testing Team.

3- Taking complete handover of the prospect when it is converted to a client.

(Understanding Client's Requirement, Contact Details of all Stakeholders at Client's Side, Delivery Timelines, Accounts Details, Delivery Details)

4- Getting design work done from the Designing Team and sending it to the Client, and taking their feedback

5- Coordinating with the Testing Team for updates on Testing and different Processes till the job is dispatched, and updating it daily to the respective person from the Testing Team.

6- Coordinating with Client and Company Team at Laboratory for Data, and getting Designing & Testing files prepared from concerned staff, and getting approval from the client for the same.

7- After completing the Job and final dispatch, please make sure to get the client feedback form and appreciation letter within 30 days.

8- Payment follow-ups from clients and help the marketing team in payment collections and reducing outstanding's.

9- Keeping Marketing Material and Paper Samples ready and dispatching them to prospects as per instructions given by the Marketing & Sales Team.

10- Preparing weekly and monthly reports as per formats mutually decided or given by the management.

Skills Required:

1. Good communication skills and client handling experience.

2- Must have a good command of English.

3- Computer literacy with MS Office.

4- Able to write & draft Letters & E-mails, sending offers, Technical Quotations with Drawings/Testing attachments to the Client.

5- Time Management & Team Work.
