Business Development Associate

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales orders by entering material, quantity, delivery dates, pricing, and customer data in SAP SD system.
  • Ensure accurate rates as per the purchase order received from suppliers.
  • Share sales orders with cross-functional teams for planning, invoicing, and coordination.
  • Follow up with teams to resolve any errors or discrepancies in sales orders.
  • Provide weekly reports on open sales orders.

Purchase Order Creation:

  • Generate POs manually or via requisitions, referencing PRs, contracts, or vendor information records.
  • Ensure correct pricing, incoterms, and vendor details in POs.
  • Share weekly reports of open purchase orders.

Material Master Rate Updates:

  • Maintain and update material master records to reflect current rates and updates.
  • Ensure all required approvals are in place before submission.

Invoice Submission & Delivery Coordination:

  • Monitor delivery receipts in SAP (e.g., MIGO) to confirm material receipt and ensure timely delivery.
  • Send invoices to scanning teams and ensure timely submission.

MIS & Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on OTC/P2P statuses, order cycle times, aging, and discrepancies.
  • Provide dashboards and insights using Excel and SFDC tools.
