We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Job Description

  • Coordinate with sales team to manage daily schedules, follow-ups, and client communication.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, order confirmations and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers by coordinating with logistics team.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
  • Handle key customers
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed prompt
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree Preferred (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
  • Minimum 4-5 Years of experience in sales coordination or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
