Executive Business Leader Position

We are seeking a skilled Executive Business Leader to drive business growth in our organization. As a key member, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing strategies to expand our presence in current and prospective markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships by communicating effectively and providing exceptional service.
  • Procure and sell plastic resins including PP, PE, PET, & PVC from Indian producers, distributors, and sell PP, PE, PET, & PVC to assigned existing customers and new customers.
  • Represent the company at meetings and conferences in India and international tradeshows to promote company trademarks and products.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with Indian resin producers.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in monitoring logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.
  • Conduct market research by gathering market information for price setting to specific markets.
  • Prepare marketing reports, analyze market trends based on region, seasonality, and customer habits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • Deep understanding of the polymer market in India.
  • Able to travel domestically or abroad for business trips.
  • Deep understanding of the latest business policies and regulations.

Skills:

  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time and task management.
  • Ability to work independently under high pressure and flexibility.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade, or other related fields. MBA degree is preferred.
