Lead UX Designer

We are seeking a seasoned UX professional to elevate our design capabilities and contribute to the user experience of our digital products.

This role offers the opportunity to utilize user-centered design methods, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the development of industry-leading designs.

  • Design user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect designs that meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Partner with product stakeholders to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and prioritize features.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our UX design team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence.

Our ideal candidate has 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer. A strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills is essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality design assets, including prototypes, sketches, and visual designs.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless handoffs and optimal design implementation.
