Role Overview
We are looking for a
Junior Product Designer
with at least 1 year of full-time experience in designing digital products. You will support the design team in creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing product experiences. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in design, is eager to learn, and wants to grow into a well-rounded product designer. You will collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to translate ideas into designs that bring value to users and the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end design process across projects—from research and wireframing to prototyping and final execution.
- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights.
- Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency across the product.
- Stay updated with design tools, trends, and best practices to continuously improve skills.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine solutions.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of full-time experience
as a Product Designer. - Proficiency in modern design tools such as
Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
. - A portfolio showcasing your UX and visual design work on real-world projects.
- Basic understanding of user research methods and usability testing.
- Strong attention to detail with a willingness to iterate and learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills to articulate design decisions.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset towards building great product experiences.
