We are hiring a Lead Product Designer Digital Products to drive the design of engaging, high-performing consumer-facing products. This role blends product thinking, design leadership, and hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to shape how millions of users experience our digital platforms.

As the design lead for digital products, you will be responsible for setting the vision, guiding execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centered experiences. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple streams of work, and ensure that every design decision aligns with both user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design of core digital product experiences from concept to launch.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define design strategies.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Translate insights from user research into actionable design improvements.
- Oversee prototyping, usability testing, and iteration cycles to validate solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other designers, elevating the overall quality of output.
- Advocate for design as a strategic driver in product planning and decision-making.

What You Bring

- 57 years of experience designing B2C digital products in technology-led environments.
- A portfolio showcasing impactful product design work across web and mobile.
- Strong skills in UX, UI, and interaction design, with the ability to balance usability and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with an understanding of design systems.
- Experience leading design initiatives and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly present and defend design choices.
