User Experience Designer Opportunity.

We are seeking an exceptional User Experience (UX) Designer to lead the design of digital products, tools, and portals within our ServiceNow ecosystem. As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the look and feel of our platforms, focusing on ServiceNow/design-first principles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, with experience designing on ServiceNow, especially portals and Employee Center Pro. You should be proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools and have a solid understanding of HTML and CSS. Additionally, familiarity with AngularJS and front-end frameworks is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the visual and interaction design of digital products, tools, and portals

• Manage the ServiceNow Portals platform, including Employee Center and other custom portals, ensuring a modern, intuitive, and efficient experience across the employee journey

• Enhance the design system, build new modules, and refine existing workflows

• Integrate AI into the portal experience, helping shape how generative AI, virtual agents, and personalized automation elevate the employee support experience

• Translate business needs and user requirements into intuitive and beautiful UI/UX designs

• Conduct UX research, usability testing, and apply insights into iterative design improvements

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver thoughtful user experiences that balance form and function

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users.

A successful UX Designer at our company will have a keen eye for visual design, spacing, hierarchy, and storytelling. They will possess a solid understanding of UX process methodologies and a portfolio that showcases excellent design work and UX thinking.
