Senior Account Manager Position

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of accounts receivables. This includes ensuring that invoices are sent out correctly and in a timely manner, following up on delinquent accounts, and researching and deciding upon credit authorization for incoming customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage work projects and policies to ensure accurate and timely results
  • Generate and provide reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
  • Complete accounts receivable period end closing functions and procedures
  • Uphold policies and procedures outlined in the company's credit policy
  • Interact with sales and catering staff for timely credit decisions
  • Demonstrate and apply accounting knowledge to credit management issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field
  • No prior experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead and motivate others
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable systems
