Cloud Support Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Cloud Support Professional. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with experience working with customers and partners, as well as a strong understanding of cloud concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute projects and initiatives with senior team members.
  • Manage meetings, document interactions with actions and next steps.
  • Ensure seamless support to client needs through diligent follow-up and follow-through.
  • Create, update, and present project plans to stakeholders.
  • Organize work to achieve positive outcomes and encourage the use of agile work management processes.
  • Facilitate weekly and bi-weekly sprints for assigned teams.
  • Help team members prioritize workload and maintain a healthy team by empowering, motivating, and building trust.
  • Set goals for team members and present weekly progress reports.
  • Have good control over the work management process to adapt and course correct with agility.
  • Identify improvement areas, plan, and execute improvement items.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
  • Able to demonstrate product/project functionality to internal/external audiences.
  • Strong adherence to process for all change management activities.
  • Proactive, follows up, and follows through on tasks.
  • Client-facing presentation ability, independently manages client expectations, and drives/attends weekly/monthly meetings with clients.
  • Closely works with the Product team to align on production issues and pushes for timely product release to clients.
