Senior Cloud Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based services that meet SLA, SLO, and SLI requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, regular application release, troubleshooting, and middleware performance tuning.
  • Automate routine manual production/non-production operations using technologies like Ansible, Chef, and Terraform.
  • Improve system performance and reliability through proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain service ownership and react proactively to production issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience in cloud operations, handling high traffic production systems independently, troubleshooting, automation, and regular operation.
  • Implement Site Reliability Engineering principles regarding performance, reliability, monitoring, and alerting in Production environment.
  • Experience in managing large-scale services and designing public cloud infrastructure (GCP or Azure).
  • Strong knowledge in CI/CD/CT pipelines using tools like Jenkins/Bamboo and VCS like GIT/SVN.
  • LINUX based system operation and extensive skills in Linux commands.
  • Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux/Shell/Python scripting.
  • Automation/configuration management using Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible.
  • Developing and operating systems like Kubernetes, Nginx, ELK stack, Hadoop etc.
