Job Description:

An Azure Managed Services Provider is responsible for overseeing the operations and infrastructure of Azure cloud platforms. This includes designing and implementing cloud solutions, performing routine checks, maintaining system security, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and resolve issues in the Azure cloud environment
  • Design and implement Azure cloud solutions to meet client needs
  • Perform routine checks and maintain system security and integrity
  • Optimize cloud resources for cost-effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
  • Provide technical support and training to users
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate cloud services with existing systems
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and data backups
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud processes and services

Requirements:

  • Expert-level experience with Azure core services (Compute, Storage, Network, Security)
  • Deep understanding of additional Azure services (Virtual Desktop, Logic Apps, Analytics)
  • Vast understanding of technologies like DNS, Windows Server, Active Directory
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology landscape
