Encompass Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Encompass Administrator to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS), including user roles, security, and access controls.
  • Manage input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports within the system.
  • Collaborate with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.
  • Ensure smooth system operations by maintaining and testing system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Optimize workflows and maintain detailed documentation of configurations for performance monitoring.
  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems such as loan servicing, document management, and core banking.
  • Maintain data integrity and security across platforms.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure alignment of the Encompass LOS with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
  • Assist in audits and system usage reviews.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations is essential.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is advantageous.
  • ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly desirable.
