Job Title: SAP Implementation Specialist
As a SAP Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions to clients utilizing SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop configurations that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure EC modules including data models, foundation objects, master data management objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, role-based permissions, and reporting.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients to understand their business needs and validate whether the EC solution meets those requirements.
  • Design and deliver workshops to educate clients on EC capabilities and capture their business requirements in workbooks.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in implementing EC solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to core HR and experience leading a team for EC implementation projects.
  • Ability to conduct workshops independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of integration within SF modules like Onboarding, Recruitment, and Learning Management System.
  • Additional expertise in SAP HR module is a value-add.
