Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Specialist

As a seasoned expert in human resources and business operations, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support. Stay up-to-date on SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommend new features to enhance client experiences.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the implemented modules.
  • Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate the Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
