About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead global, multi-module SuccessFactors programs and drive transformative business solutions for top-tier clients.

  • Drive solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for Fortune 500 companies.
  • Provide hands-on functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation of complex SuccessFactors projects.
  • Lead discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors with at least 7+ years of experience.
  • Proven subject matter expertise in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting covering the complete Hire-to-Retire process.
  • Broad knowledge of the SuccessFactors Suite; exposure to Time Tracking & Payroll is an advantage.
  • Extensive experience delivering global, multi-module, multi-location SuccessFactors programs in complex environments.
