Business Analyst - Salesforce

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with an enthusiastic and talented group of individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing business needs and problems, developing solutions to improve our business processes, and documenting the business or processes or systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis, maintaining system processes and delivering regular status reports to all relevant parties.
  • Document business requirements and detailed functional and technical specifications for review and delivery to the development team using agile methodologies.
  • Identify change management processes and techniques to handle change within the business with minimal disruption to activities.
  • Participate in project delivery and process optimization to support the execution of projects using various project methodologies.
  • Maintain awareness of best practices including processes and technology, identifying opportunities for improvement of existing functionality.
  • Able to break down complex topics into digestible information for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Handle multiple engagements simultaneously without compromising accountability or reducing engagement levels.
