Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement (Pardot).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize the Salesforce platform.
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and record types.
  • Create and refine automation using Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
  • Provide frontline support and training for Salesforce users globally.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Partner with Marketing to support Account Engagement campaign execution.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and platform security best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Account Engagement (Pardot).
