We are seeking a skilled professional to fill two roles, both requiring expertise in Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Role 1: Salesforce Tester

As a Salesforce Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications. This includes developing and executing test plans, performing manual and automated testing, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to understand business requirements.

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Conduct regression testing, functional testing, UI testing, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure test coverage of Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Custom Applications.
  • Use Salesforce Test Automation tools (such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca) to automate test cases.
  • Validate APIs, workflows, and data integrity within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Work closely with the development team in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and Salesforce security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and functionalities.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, JIRA, TestNG).
  • Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Tester) are a plus.

Role 2: ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow to meet the needs of our organization. This includes developing reports, creating workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

  • Must have 5-8 years of ServiceNow experience with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD) and IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Someone who can configure Service Now, customize and develop reports for setting up processes.
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must have a pleasant attitude, be a team player
