Financial Leadership Role

About the Position:

The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial strategies and roadmaps, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Program manage multiple key initiatives, including AOP cost transformations, AI, and Automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, global enterprise programs, and finance-related projects.
  • Creation of project plans with clear action items and milestones, ensuring timely execution and successful delivery.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), communicating project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees as required.
  • Provide executive-level oversight of critical Order to Cash transformation initiatives, anticipating and responding to changing strategic priorities.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance leads to evaluate potential optimizations and strategic initiatives for impact, capacity, and priority.
  • Support the development of business cases and programs as part of the Finance strategy, comprehending overall demand scope and dependencies.
  • Design and Execution of transformation initiatives for finance using Digital, Lean, and Six Sigma methods, covering themes of standardization, consolidation, re-engineering, and automation.
  • Manage and build relationships with key decision-makers from project inception to post-deployment, ensuring sponsor and end-user satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in financial leadership, with a strong background in strategic planning, program management, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with Digital, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies, with a focus on process improvement and innovation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technologies, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
