Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws. Strong experience with accounting software, particularly Tally ERP, is required along with a solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable financial regulations in the real estate industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, analyze financial data, and prepare reports to ensure accurate forecasting and decision-making.
  • Accounting and Compliance: Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation. Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with taxation laws.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and records. Provide regular financial updates to senior management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting (real estate industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university.
  • Additional certifications in accounting/finance will be an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
