Job Title: Head of Operations

Job Summary:

The Head of Operations will oversee the end-to-end execution of real estate initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across legal, finance, compliance, and on-ground teams. This role is critical to translating strategic intent into operational reality.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of land monetization and development initiatives by coordinating with various stakeholders, including legal, finance, compliance, and external consultants.
  • Manage documentation, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely closures and minimize risks.
  • Build and lead local operational teams and vendor relationships to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure governance, reporting, and risk management protocols are followed, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the process.
  • Act as the on-ground representative for the promoter group, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.

Ideal Profile:

  • 10–15 years of experience in real estate operations, project coordination, or asset management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks in real estate, enabling effective decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, leveraging communication and interpersonal skills to drive results.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 developers or mid-sized platforms preferred, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.
  • Thrissur-based or willing to relocate, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the company's growth.
