Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial models of commercial real estate assets, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
- Analyze market trends, economic data, and industry developments to inform investment decisions and provide strategic recommendations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including review of property valuations, lease abstracts, and other relevant documents.
- Presentation and visualization of financial data and models to stakeholders, using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure ongoing improvement of financial models and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, financial modeling, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
