**SAP Financial Leadership Opportunity**

This role presents a chance to lead SAP financial initiatives with a focus on the retail industry.

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced SAP FI professional to lead our finance team and drive improvements in the retail major industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FI, with experience in implementing and supporting FI/AA/AM/TRM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead enhancements, support, and project teams for SAP FI/AA/AM/TRM, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that enhance business processes.
  2. Design, customize, configure, and test FI modules, continually reviewing and improving SAP modules.
  3. Work with clients to implement process improvements and manage problem-solving efforts.
  4. Drive maintenance, support, and enhancement projects effectively, meeting service level agreements and utilizing resources judiciously.
  5. Manage resources and partners, ensuring high productivity and planning implementations with minimal risk.
Requirements:
  • Total 14+ years of experience, with at least 10 years of SAP experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of SAP FI implementation and support experience.
  • Hands-on SAP configuration and processes knowledge in FI and REFX for at least 8 years.
  • At least 5 years of domain experience in retail industries.
  • Solid knowledge of business processes and best practices around bookkeeping, accounts, financial statements, closure of books, depreciation, asset management, treasury, GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and indirect duties/taxes.
  • Able to work from an office location in Thane.
Evaluation Process:
  • Round 1: Senior Vice President - Finance, Chief Information Officer, General Manager - Human Resources, SAP Practice Head.
  • Round 2: Chief Human Resources Officer & Chief Digital Information Officer.
  • Round 3: Chief Executive Officer.
