Senior Technology Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Technology Leader to take on a key role in shaping our technical strategy and direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs and detect dependencies, impediments, and potential risks.
  • Capture functional and non-functional requirements and design technical solutions using the Spring Framework and REST Architecture.
  • Evaluate the overall quality and fit of the technical solution and its performance.
  • Oversee the development team's progress to ensure consistency with the initial design, development principles, and deadlines.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers through code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in system design and architecture, developing high-level designs and architectural blueprints.
  • Establishing and enforcing coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across development teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Technical leadership and mentorship abilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Deep understanding of non-functional requirements focusing on scalability, performance, and security.

Experience:

  • 12+ years of overall experience in the IT industry, specifically in technical architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience in the infrastructure domain with a focus on technical architecture and cloud-oriented solutions.
  • Proven experience managing or working with JAVA and React JS frameworks.
  • Strong experience in API architecture, Event Driven Architecture, and DevOps practices using tools like Terraform.
  • Experience in analyzing new requirements, designing technical architecture, and implementing effective solutions.
