Project Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled project lead to oversee the delivery of architecture design and build projects. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Manage project changes and issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain and update project documentation as necessary.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and issues.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including developing and managing project plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
