Project Director - Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the engineering execution of large and complex FEED, EPC, EPCm, and Portfolio projects across sectors such as Oil and Gas Onshore/Offshore, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilisers, and LNG.

The successful candidate will ensure that engineering deliverables meet client expectations, project requirements, and quality standards, while aligning with cost and schedule constraints.

The role requires a strong technical authority and primary interface for engineering matters between clients and the company. The successful candidate will coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams and ensure integration across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering execution of large and complex projects.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Act as the technical authority for engineering matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum of 20+ years experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training is an advantage.
